When you expand a job, every bid shows the same four things so you can decide in seconds. There's no middleman setting the price or hiding contact details — once you choose, you deal with the carrier directly.
Each carrier sets their own rate in whole Canadian dollars. The lowest bid is highlighted on the board, but you're free to pick any bid — many shippers choose a slightly higher bid from a higher-rated or Verified operator.
Payment is arranged directly between you and the carrier on completion — by e-transfer, invoice, or however you normally pay. Rig Run never holds or processes job payments.
Next to each carrier's name you'll see their star rating and the number of jobs they've completed on Rig Run, plus a Verified badge if they've passed document review.

Every bid and every listing has a report button. If something looks off — a fake-looking carrier, a price that doesn't add up — flag it and the Rig Run team reviews it. More on that below.
Ratings on Rig Run are built from real, completed work — not paid placement. The more good jobs a carrier delivers, the stronger their reputation, and the easier they are to find and book.
The star score is the average rating a carrier has received from shippers after completed hauls — on-time pickup, condition of the freight, and how the job went overall.
The job count is how many hauls that carrier has completed on Rig Run. A high score with a high job count is the strongest signal: consistently good work, many times over.
A Verified badge tells the other side that Rig Run has reviewed real documents — not just taken someone's word. Documents are reviewed privately and never shown publicly; only the verification status appears on the board.

Upload proof of insurance, TDG certification, business registration or ID through your secure account — not by email or text.
Your account shows a "pending" status while a person checks the documents. They are never shared with other users or posted publicly.
Once accepted, the Verified badge appears automatically on your bids or listings. Only the status — verified or not — is ever shown.

Shippers reserve that open space instead of posting a brand-new job. Carriers earn on miles they're already driving.
The reverse: a shipper posts freight they already know they'll need hauled — drilling supplies on Monday, a standing weekly pipe run — so a carrier can claim it days ahead.

Only a shipper who actually booked and completed a job with a carrier can rate that carrier. Ratings come from real, finished work — they can't be bought, and there's no way to pay for a better spot on the board.
